My Story
My education was in biotechnology, with a Bachelor's in Chemistry from Smith College followed by a Master's in Biotechnology and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. After several years in the biotechnology industry, I gained experience as a classroom teacher and school administrator.

In 2016 I returned to the life sciences industry as an educator and soon discovered a passion for workforce development. Since then I have collaborated with dozens of life science companies, helping them to identify, train, and hire skilled employees. I have also worked with a wide range of job seekers, as a teacher and a mentor, coaching them on finding their own career path into this vibrant and rewarding industry. I have built partnerships across academia, industry, government, and non-profit organizations. Over the past three years I have designed and launched Registered Apprenticeship Programs in four different, specialized life sciences career pathways.
With a dedication to the life sciences industry, and a record of creating and overseeing multiple types of education and workforce development programs, I can help you achieve your goals.
